Guided Meditation
Art and Wellness
Join us for a free, 30-minute weekly meditation led by local yoga teacher Aparna Sadananda via Zoom. Each Wednesday, inspired by an artwork from the collection, we will practice techniques for mindful looking and thinking that we can carry with us wherever we are. No prior experience needed.
Following the meditation, Associate Curator Renee Maurer will present a Spotlight Talk on Up Close with Paul Cezanne. This exhibition unveils two recently conserved works by Cezanne, Mont Sainte-Victoire (1886-87) and Self-Portrait (1878-80). These paintings, together with five other works in the museum’s Cezanne “unit,” are exhibited together for the first time in decades.
This free program requires registration. You will receive the invitation to the Zoom meeting in an email after you register.
