Members: Admissions is always free for members. Please log-in to receive your discount. Learn more about membership.

Special Reopening Promotion: Free passes available on the hour every hour, first-come, first-serve.

If capacity allows, access to the Museum Shop, courtyard, and first floor galleries of the Goh Annex & Sant Building are free, no ticket required.

The Phillips Collection is closed on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Reserving Timed Tickets

  • Ticket Release Schedule: Starting March 8, advance tickets will be released online on a weekly basis every Monday, with presale tickets for Phillips members released at 10 am, and general admission tickets at 12 pm. 
  • Advance Reservations: Advance timed tickets required for all visitors, including children and members. No walk-ins permitted. Tickets are not transferable. Limit 4 per customer.
  • Hours: Thursday-Sunday, from 11 am-6 pm; final entry at 5 pm.
  • Entry Window: Please be on time. Visitors arriving more than 10 minutes after their reservation risk forfeiting their tickets. Early entry is not permitted.
  • If your plans change: If you are no longer able to use your tickets, please email so that we may put the tickets back on sale.

Prepare for Your Visit


Advance online timed ticket required for all visitors, including members and children over the age of two.

Hours are Thursday-Sunday, 11 am-6 pm, with 6 tickets offered every 15 minutes. 

Face masks required for visitors over the age of two. Cover both your mouth and nose, without gaps between your mask and face.

Social distancing of at least 6 feet required; parties may remain together.

Visitors will follow a one-way directional flow through the galleries.

Temperature check required upon entry. Stay home if you are feeling sick. Wash hands and use hand sanitizer stations regularly during your visit.
