A: Qualifying members of reciprocal institutions receive complimentary museum admission for two. Advance reservations are not required. Please present a valid membership card from your home institution on the day of your visit to claim admission. Reciprocal members do not receive discounts or complimentary admission to ticketed programs or events, including Phillips after 5. Please reserve at the full rate to ensure entry to these programs and events.

A: No, you do not have to wait. You may upgrade your membership at any time during the year. Call the Membership Office at 202-387-3036 and begin taking advantage of the perks of an upper category of membership.

If the museum is closed, leave a message with your new address and a phone number where we can reach you in case we have any questions. Or, fill out a change of address form at the Membership Desk in the lobby of the museum when you visit.
