Join us for a free, 30-minute meditation led by local yoga teacher Aparna Sadananda via Zoom. Each Wednesday, inspired by a calming artwork from our permanent collection, we will practice techniques for mindful looking and thinking that we can carry with us wherever we are. No prior experience needed.
In conjunction with the exhibition Alma W. Thomas: Everything Is Beautiful, following the meditation, a Phillips educator will lead a spotlight talk about Alma Thomas’s Breeze Rustling Through Fall Flowers, 1968.
This free program requires registration. You will receive the invitation to the Zoom meeting in an email after you register.
