Line, Shape, and Color with Dora Kamau
Art & Wellness Club
Welcome to the Art & Wellness Club
Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by an artwork from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice and includes a Spotlight Talk by a Phillips Educator about the artwork.
Over the course of three sessions, mindfulness artist Dora Kamau will lead a special series of virtual meditations inspired by Line, Shape, and Color. The final session focuses on “Color” and it draws inspiration from Harold Weston’s painting Watering My Garden. The event begins with a Spotlight led by a Phillips Educator.
