For Creative Friends, Explorer Friends, and Contemporaries
Co-organized with the Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona, Miró and the United States explores the vibrant exchanges between Catalan artist Joan Miró (1893-1983) and the burgeoning American art scene in a pivotal moment of 20th-century art.
The Member Preview Reception includes a presentation at 6 pm by Chief Curator Elsa Smithgall, followed by light refreshments and exhibition viewing.
All members are also welcome to Member Preview Days Thursday, March 19 (10 am-8 pm), and Friday, March 20 (10 am–5 pm). No reservation required.
