Grounding Breaths with Yumi Sakugawa
Art & Wellness Club

Welcome to the Art & Wellness Club
Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by an artwork from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice and includes a Spotlight Talk by a Phillips Educator about the artwork.
Join Yumi Sakugawa, interdisciplinary artist and author of the book There Is No Right Way to Meditate for a breathing meditation inspired by Helen Frankenthaler’s painting Canyon. The event begins with a Spotlight Talk on Frankenthaler’s artwork led by a Phillips Educator.
