Meditation & Animals with Liat Pisco
Art & Wellness Club

Welcome to the Art & Wellness Club
Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by an artwork from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice and includes a Spotlight Talk by a Phillips Educator about the artwork.
Guided by Liat Pisco, translate the love we have for animals towards self-compassion and join us for a meditation inspired by Pierre Bonnard’s painting Woman with Dog. Participants are encouraged to be online with your pet friends. The event begins with a Spotlight Talk about Bonnard’s artwork by a Phillips Educator.
