Guided Meditation

Join us for a free, 30-minute weekly meditation led by local yoga teacher Aparna Sadananda via Zoom. Each Wednesday, inspire by a work from the collection, we will practice techniques for mindful looking and thinking that we can carry with us wherever we are. No prior experience needed. Following the meditation, a Phillips Educator will give a Spotlight Talk about the artwork.
