Art and Wellness

Join us for a free, 30-minute weekly meditation led by local yoga teacher Aparna Sadananda via Zoom. Each Wednesday, inspired by an artwork from our permanent collection or special exhibitions, we will practice techniques for mindful looking and thinking that we can carry with us wherever we are. Following the meditation, a Phillips Educator will give a Spotlight Talk about the work of art. No prior experience needed.
