FAQs

Are children and family members granted free admission with the cardholder? 

No, only the individual cardholder receives one free general admission with their Bank of America, Merrill (formerly Merrill Lynch) or Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) credit or debit card, and photo ID.

Are reserved timed tickets required for cardholders?

No. Walk-in entry is available without advance reservation—just check-in at the front desk.

What cards are accepted?  

All branded Bank of America, Merrill (formerly Merrill Lynch) or Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) credit or debit cards, physical or electronic/digital, are accepted for the Museums on Us program. 

Can Bank of America, Merrill (formerly Merrill Lynch) or Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) employees participate in Museums on Us weekends? 

Yes. Bank of America, Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank employees can participate by presenting valid proof of employment and photo ID. 

What other forms of ID are needed?

A photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport or other government issued ID, will be required along with the necessary bank card or corporate ID. 

What is the policy for expired cards? 

Expired cards are not accepted. Cards must be valid and current.
