Special Reopening Promotion: Tickets are pay-what-you-wish for the first entry time of each hour, available first come, first serve via online reservation.

Blue Star Museums: The Phillips is proud to participate in the NEA Blue Star Museum program to offer free admission (up to 4 tickets) for those currently serving in the United States Military from May 15-September 6.

If capacity allows, access to the Museum Shop, courtyard, and first floor galleries of the Goh Annex & Sant Building are free, no ticket required.

The Phillips Collection is closed on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Reserving Timed Tickets

  • Ticket Release Schedule: Tickets will be released for dates four weeks in advance on Tuesdays at 12 pm. 
  • Advance Reservations: Advance timed tickets required for non-members. Tickets are not transferable. Limit 4 per customer.
  • Members: Walk-in entry now available for members without advance reservation, just check-in at the front desk.
  • Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, from 11 am-6 pm; final entry at 5 pm. 
  • Entry Window: Please be on time. Visitors arriving more than 10 minutes after their reservation risk forfeiting their tickets. Early entry is not permitted.
  • If your plans change: If you are no longer able to use your tickets, please email reservations@phillipscollection.org so that we may put the tickets back on sale.

Starting November 2, 2021, The Phillips Collection will require that museum visitors 12 years of age and over show proof of vaccination or a same-day negative COVID-19 test upon entry to the museum, along with a government-issued photo ID.

Proof of a negative same-day COVID-19 test must come from a health care provider. Results from a self-administered COVID-19 test will not be accepted. Please read full guidelines here.

 

Advance online timed ticket required for non-members. Walk-in entry now available for members without advance reservation, just check-in at the front desk.

Hours are Tuesday-Sunday, 11 am-6 pm, with tickets offered every 15 minutes. Limited capacity to follow DC guidelines.
