Event Details

In conjunction with The Warmth of Other Suns: Stories of Global Displacement, join The Phillips Collection as we discuss the role of arts and culture in shaping the immigration narrative, and how that connects to policy change. We will be joined by Jeremy Robbins, executive director of the New American Economy; Philippa Hughes, founder of the Pink Line Project; and Meredith Owen, Deputy Director of Policy & Advocacy for the Immigration and Refugee Program of Church World Service. This discussion is organized in partnership with the New American Economy, a bipartisan research and advocacy organization fighting for smart federal, state, and local immigration policies that help grow our economy and create jobs for all Americans.
