Body Scan Meditations with Megan Twining
Art & Wellness Club
Welcome to the Art & Wellness Club
Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by an artwork from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice and includes a Spotlight Talk by a Phillips Educator about the artwork.
Inspired by “Housetop” variation by Mary Lee Bendolph, join Megan Twining for a 15-minute body scan meditation, a mindfulness practice that guides your attention through different areas of the body, encouraging you to notice physical sensations, release tension, and connect with the present moment. The program concludes with a 15-minute Spotlight Talk exploring the featured artwork.
