Welcome to the Art & Wellness Club

Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by an artwork from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice and includes a Spotlight Talk by a Phillips Educator about the artwork.

Inspired by Alexander Calder’s Red Polygons, join Megan Twining, founder and director of SONDER℠, for a 20-minute gentle yoga class focused on stretching, accompanied by live music from NTHNL Sound. The program begins with a Spotlight Talk on Calder’s artwork led by a Phillips Educator.

About Megan Twining

Megan Twining, a Washington, DC-based yoga educator and therapist, is the founder and director of SONDER℠—a yoga studio and school where belonging is at the heart of the culture. For 25 years she has been involved in the visual, culinary, and movement arts guiding people towards embodied connection and gentle communication— with each other, the energy around them, and the spiritual self within.

About NTHNL

Jacob “NTHNL” Rudin is a classically trained composer and pianist turned multi-flutist, producer and sound-healing practitioner. Having created electronic and acoustic music in a wide variety of contexts since 2012, Jacob works in both the healing and contemporary music worlds, drawing on a rich sonic practice that involves experimental sound design, field recording, and virtuosic performances on a wide range of instruments. He currently lives in Queens, NY, where he teaches piano lessons, hosts regular Soundbaths throughout the city and gigs with his band, NTHNL.
