Jacob Lawrence’s Migration Series captured an important scene related to voting freedom in the United States in Panel No. 59: In the North they had the freedom to vote. Vote for The Migration Series panel you think is the most powerful.

Watch 10-min staged readings of plays written by local playwrights that were inspired by Lawrence’s masterwork starting at 6 pm, with each performance beginning on the hour and half-hour until 8 pm:
