Event Details

Thought leader Julie Zeilinger leads a #PhillipsConversation about representations of women, gender politics, and feminism in relation to images in the Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition.

Zeilinger is the founder and editor of The FBomb, a feminist blog and community for teens and young adults that recently partnered with the Women’s Media Center created by Gloria Steinem, Jane Fonda, and Robin Morgan. She is currently the Politics Editor at MTV News and the published author of two books—A Little F’d Up: Why Feminism Is Not A Dirty Word and College 101: A Girl’s Guide to Freshman Year.

This discussion is part of series of open conversations that further engage audiences on larger issues represented in the special exhibition. These in-gallery conversations are facilitated by experts related to sexuality, gender politics, and feminism.
