How do I get access to presale tickets?
Limited Member Presale Ticketing: From 10 am to noon every Tuesday starting June 8, members can reserve a limited number of tickets for dates four weeks in advance. After noon on Tuesday, members and the general public will have the ability to reserve tickets that are available for the week. Please sign in as a member on the ticketing page to reserve.
Due to the Memorial Day Holiday on May 31, tickets for June 1-27 will go on sale Sunday, May 30, at 12 pm, with a presale for Phillips members starting at 10 am.
The member presale tickets are sold out. What do I do?
You can return next week to reserve tickets for the additional week of tickets released. Every Tuesday from 10 am to noon members can reserve a limited number of tickets for dates four weeks in advance. Please sign in as a member on the ticket page to reserve.
Are member guest passes being accepted at this time?
Due to limited capacity, we are not able to accept member guest passes at this time. Please note that guest passes do not have an expiration date and may be used in the future.

Please call the Membership Office at 202.387.3036. Please note that all reservations must be made online—we cannot fulfill reservations over the phone. NOTE: You will need your email to log in as a member with a password.

Are you accepting Reciprocal members at this time?
Due to limited capacity, we are not able to accommodate Reciprocal members at this time.
Is there an audio guide available?
Yes! Introducing our new digital guide. Download the free Bloomberg Connects app before your visit or in the galleries to use the exhibition audio guide. For free Wi-Fi during your visit, join “Phillips”. Don’t forget to bring earphones!
Is the Museum Shop open?
The Museum Shop is open to visitors during open hours. If capacity allows, walk-ins are welcome. Don’t miss our special Phillips100 pop-up shop, located next to the main museum shop, which features exclusive items that celebrate our 100th anniversary.
The Museum Shop also offers curbside pickup. Please select pickup at checkout. Order processing takes 2-4 days. Once you are notified that your order is prepared, please call the shop at 202.387.2151 x238 or x239 to arrange a time for pickup between 11am-5pm, Thursday to Sunday. The Museum Shop is also open 24/7 online!
Is Tryst at the Phillips Café open?
No, the café is closed, and there are currently no food services available.
Is Phillips@THEARC also reopen?
No, Phillips@THEARC remains closed. Please sign up for e-news (at the bottom of this page) for updates.
Am I able to refund/exchange my tickets onsite?
No, all ticket transactions must be done online. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for ticket exchanges.
Can I call to reserve tickets?
In order to optimize contact tracing, tickets must be reserved online. No phone calls or walk-ins at this time.
Groups and Tours
Is the Phillips doing any on-site programming? Any tours?
The Phillips is not doing any on-site programming at this time, including tours. Please visit our events page to explore our virtual programs, including workshops, book club, meditation, artist talks, and more.
Can I host private events at the Phillips?
The Phillips is not hosting events in the museum at this time. Please contact Keith Costas, Director of Special Events, at email@example.com to be placed on a waiting list for the first available dates for rentals. Until we are able to do on-site rentals, consider a virtual experience for your group for a fun, engaging activity with art.
Is the Phillips hosting in-person school tours?
The Phillips Collection is not scheduling in-person school tours at this time. However, the Phillips continues to support teachers and students through virtual offerings, including pre-recorded and live virtual tours, online lessons, and virtual professional development sessions.
