Q: I'm interested in upgrading my membership to a higher level. Do I have to wait until my current membership expires?

A: No, you do not have to wait!  You may upgrade your membership at any time during the year. Call the Membership Office at 202-387-3036 and begin taking advantage of the perks of an upper category of membership.

Q: I'm moving and I don't want to miss any Phillips Collection mailings. What can I do?

A: Call the Membership office at 202-387-3036, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If the museum is closed, leave a message with your new address and a phone number where we can reach you in case we have any questions. Or, fill out a change of address form at the Membership Desk in the lobby of the museum when you visit.

Q: I've lost my membership card(s).  Can I get replacements?

A: Yes, you can get replacement cards. Call the Membership Office at 202-387-3036, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If the office is closed, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible. Or, fill out a replacement card form at the Membership Desk in the lobby of the museum.

Q: I'm a young professional new to the area and am looking for a way to meet other young professionals with similar interests. Does The Phillips Collection have any special programming for people like me?

A: Yes! The Contemporaries-level membership connects you to The Phillips Collection's young professionals group. The Contemporaries hold frequent events that emphasize educational, social, and networking opportunities. For more information, contact the Membership Office at 202-387-3036.
