Alon Goldstein, a pianist with a powerful gift for communication, has performed as a soloist with the major North American orchestras of Baltimore, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, St. Louis, San Francisco, Seattle, and Vancouver. He has appeared with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra under the batons of Zubin Mehta and Yoel Levi as well as with all other major Israeli orchestras. He has played in such prestigious series as Ravinia's Rising Stars, the Klavier Festival in Rühr, Germany, and the Purcell Room in London.  Mr. Goldstein has appeared at the Gilmore, Santa Fe, Tanglewood, Ravinia, Marlboro, Seattle, Steamboat, Prussia Cove, and Verbier festivals. He performed at the Hollywood Bowl, and in Millennium Park in Chicago with the Grant Park Symphony Orchestra.

A graduate of the Tel Aviv Academy and the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, where he studied with Leon Fleisher, Mr. Goldstein is the winner of numerous competitions, among them the Arianne Katcz Piano Competition in Tel Aviv, the Wideman Piano Competition in the U.S., and the Francois Shapira Competition in Israel.
