Happy 90th Birthday, Phillips!
(Nov 5, 2011)
In 2011 the Phillips celebrated an important anniversary--90 Years of New--with a rich array of programs, exhibitions, and events. To culminate the year, the museum opened free on November 5 to welcome visitors for a daylong Birthday Bash, including a "happy birthday" sing-along, ballet demonstrations in the Degas exhibition, gallery talks on Renoir's beloved Luncheon of the Boating Party, and much more.
