Young Artists Exhibitions

K–12 Education

The Young Artists Exhibition program displays student artwork from the Phillips’s educational initiatives and promotes achievement in the visual arts and arts integration, which weaves visual arts with other core curricula. The exhibitions and accompanying Community Celebrations also champion creativity, self-expression, and self-esteem. The only art museum in Washington, D.C., with an ongoing children’s art exhibition in its galleries, The Phillips Collection recognizes and celebrates the students, teachers, parents, and partnering school systems who value and support arts-integrated teaching and learning in our local community and nationally.
